How far in advance should I be looking to negotiate an agreement?
We suggest you start the process 12-30 months in advance of your expiration. This timeframe will allow ample time to investigate your options.
What happens after we sign the new Agreements?
The Pentas team will present a Final Playbook to you and review all of the elements of the Agreement; pricing, terms & conditions and new products. We will stay involved with you to audit the new invoices to the Agreement, provide guidance on any issues that may arise and assist with any other new product or service in the timeline outlined in your Pentas Engagement Agreement.
